Referring Lawyers

Referring Lawyers across Ontario

We have referring relationships with lawyers in over 25 communities across Ontario, stretching from Guelph and Fergus in the south to Brockville and Morrisburg in the east.  These collaborations allow clients to access specialized personal injury and civil litigation services right in their home communities and allow you, as their lawyer, to retain strong client relationships.

Join our Referring Solicitor Program

Instead of sending valuable clients to outside firms, provide your long-standing clients with our litigation services right in your office.

Your clients come to you for your expertise in family, wills and estates, real estate or criminal law.  Expand your service offerings by joining our Ontario Referring Solicitor program and provide your clients with access to our expertise in personal injury and civil litigation.

Fee Sharing Arrangement

Our program offers a fee sharing arrangement in accordance with the rules of the Law Society of Upper Canada and allows you, as the referring lawyer, with as much supervision as you would like.  Provide an expanded range of services to your clients and keep a percentage of the fee, without the risk of assuming complex litigation outside your normal area of practice.

Our managing partner, Mike Laplante has posted a three-part series on our blog, to help lawyers better understand the referral process and how the fees are divided.  Click on the links below to access these blogs:
